I ordered an iPad gen 9, but my order was cancelled, so I got a refund on Thisshop balance. After I had requested for a refund and withdrawn the money to my bank account, I had to wait for 1 day to get my money back to my bank account which is terrible. Moreover, my credit limit was suspended, which I totally have no idea why it happened to me.

I've used this app since 2018 this time it was really good app for students, really had user friendly and I always be the good user pay bill on time But this year 2022 everything is awful a lot of unnecessary ads and my account is suspended that I have no idea what's going and I try to contact customer service but they reply me just 1 message and no answer any questions If you decide to use this app just go get another app I will dump this trash app out too

I have ordered 4 goods from this app 2 of them have a problem First order is a bad condition. Second order is incorrect spec. And customer service didn't respond anything. They tolds me it may take 5 days for request but after 2 weeks, nothing happens After sale services is too bad. I can't even refund or change a goods
